engineers who are appointed by judicial and civil authorities, insurance companies, public corporations and private persons for examining and analyzing motorcycles, motor cars and commercial vehicles; to determine automobile data; to assess and appraise damages; and to see to a common development of affairs in the field of road accidents (traffic accident analysis) for the benefit of everyone. |

level of general knowledge; by introducing an international education and retraining program; by supporting the independence of an automobile expert from each and
